Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Electronics can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new electronics should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Center of screen went dull called for warranty service been waiting since April till now end of June still no repairs done I dont think President of LG knows how poor the service is. We also purchased within a day a second TV Identical 55 that one has Excellent picture

Was good while it worked

The tv worked for about 8 months and called it quits. The repair people replaced a few parts which incidentally never fixed it. Then he told me its got to be my net work. The funny part of it all is the only thing that doesnt connect to the Internet in my house is my television everything works extremely well it was a lame excuse and a product that sucks. I would never recommend another LG product to anyone. In the last 10 years I have had a LG four-door refrigerator that lasted five years and died that was several thousand dollars I have had an LG dishwasher that failed within five years. The only blessing of any of this is that I had extended warranties and everything and I got new products to replace them. I would never recommend algae to anybody

Not Bluetooth Compatible

A smart tv that isnt Bluetooth compatible. Tried pairing my AirPods and low and behold LG cheaped out on such a small thing. Im looking into adapters but reviews on those are iffy at best. LG smart Tv is not very smart.

I must admit that I hesitated to buy any TV because so many were inconsistent and outrageously priced. I looked at this TV 6 different times before I finally decided to purchase it for my Living room. It went on sale and I figured what the heck if I was wrong I can take it back. Best choice I made My family loves it picture quality is fantastic and clear and Im considering buying another bigger one for my basement. Very well done LG

Poor customer service

TV has no picture after approximately 20 hours of use. LG assigned repair company has still not repaired the issue after 3 months. Assigned repair shop has not even looked at the TV yet. LG has done nothing to resolve the issue. Horrible quality and customer service. Never buying or recommending an LG product.

Not as good as advertised

i bought this TV on May 2021. After 90 days it started to have issues picture issues. I played with the settings thinking I could fix things but alas it wasnt meant to be it only got worse. I called LG in early January 2022 they sent a repair guy to diagnose the issue and he ordered the part and surprise surprise it is on back order. So now we wait Very very frustrating In my opinion LG should just replace my TV instead of making me watch in black and white as I am doing now
