Bought and had delivered a week ago. Generally very happy with our purchase. The unit is a little louder than expected as you hear the cooling motor running constantly. But, seems to be working great.

Love the fridge. But the water and ice in door have serious design flaws. Ice falls on the floor. Water drip down door. No tray to catch excess water and ice. Made a big mistake buying this

Horrible customer service from Whirlpool. My unit is new and under warranty and makes an extremeley loud buzzing sound. I have to close my upstairs bedroom door at night to mask the sound. 2 different appl repair companies have been out to try and fix it. After 74 min yestereday and 45 min today Jennaviere and Autumn in care resolution state the unit is working as its designed. They even lied to say the repairmen said it works fine. I call Steve at Columbine Apppl twice and he DID NOT SAY it works fine. Many,many people complain about the loud buzzing noize and Whirlpool said they have never heard that from anyone. Just read the reviews. I will never recommend Whirlpool or buy Whirpool again. I have purchased many appliances over the years personally and for real estate.They could care less abut the customer. DON'T BUY THIS UNIT! I was wrned by others that the company will not publish this review but here goes.

I'm writing this for the 2nd time as I did not get an acknowledgement that it went through. I Bought this in September. Have had trouble with the freezer since day one! Frost appears in the freezer inside by the top hinge. Repair man calls tech support and has replaced the ice/water dispenser, the freezer door, silicone the inside area by the hinge and returned the next day to do the complete area of both doors. Last visit Nov. 21st tech support told him to order top door caps to fit a top freezer refrigerator to replace the ones on my side-by-side. If this does not correct the problem the refrigerator NEEDS TO BE REPLACED.

I love the side by side feature. I had a lower freezer before and it was difficult to see what was in and get anything in the back out of it out of it. It is extremely quite.

Bought 2 months ago. You can't adjust shelves. Anything taller including a bottle of water only sits on top shelf which is crowded by ice maker. Worst refrig in 50 years. Don't know refrig temp.

Have had this since August and like it a lot. The fridge is spacious and light, and the non adjustable shelves are just fine...set up with room for all items. The freezer space is smaller than what we are used to and it feels like items get lost but we probably need to figure out a better system. The ice maker does take up a lot of space. The ice maker isn't any louder than anything we have had in the past. The only thing I don't like is that the door is heavy and it shifts abruptly to the right when you open the door. A little of a 'bang' which is annoying and I wonder what sort of wear and tear it is causing on the door itself. Overall we are happy with this purchase.

The refrigerator looks nice and is very fingerprint resistant. The other reviews about the water dripping down the front are accurate so you have to get used to keeping the glass there for a second after you are done. Unfortunately the refrigerator side of the unit stopped working after a week and I had to remove all the food and live without a fridge for a week since it took 7 days for them to have a repair service come look at it! Very disappointed.
Also true is that it is loud and takes a while to get used to the constant hum. Not a huge deal, but definitely not quiet.
The lack of shelve adjustments doesn't matter and there is a lot of room. The bottom drawer is very small though. Freezer works great and lots of room.
For the money I suppose it is good but the fact that it stopped working after a week and the poor design on the water dispenser make it only 3 stars in my book.

Easy to use on my own as user manual is USELESS and going on line for help is also useless! I cannot get the light into the freezer unit. NO directions, NO reference in manual or on line. Good thing it is not an essential part of the function of this product. OVERALL product is fune.

Just moved in a week ago, so we are getting used to various features. Temperature adjustments were easy. In-door features - ice and water work well and are not in the way. Refrigerator area is pretty straight forward. We miss one shelf type from our previous refrigerator where we could fold back half way when we had some extra items that were taller. Freezer helps us fit a variety of sizes of shapes well. Would suggest that some of the pieces we regularly touch or use be a little heavier gauge. Chose this particular model as our son's recent new home had this model.

We haven't had it long, but it is better than the GE that we had. Same cuft as the GE, but the Whirlpool seems to have more room. It is also nice to have a working ice maker.

We bought this fridge about six months ago. It looks great, has tons of room, and really does resist fingerprints! Unfortunately it froze over and stopped making ice, which required a new computer chip. Thankfully it was covered by warranty but it's disconcerting that an appliance needed repair so quickly. We're keeping a close eye on it in case something else goes wrong. The other appliances in our kitchen (range, OTR microwave, and dishwasher) are also Whirlpool so we are a bit anxious about the other appliances possibly needing repair but hopefully they won't.

I like this refrigerator. It is roomy and I like the feature of being able to put a gallon of milk on the door. Leaves me so much more room for food. I also like the fact that when you open the door, if the refrigerator is running, it stops. It doesn't continue run with the door open. Anxious to see my next light bill. I also like the finger resistant finish. It is very quiet also. Another nice feature is the ice and water in the door.
